Body,
Mind and Spirit -- ALL DIMENSION STUDY for GOOD HEALTH
People
live in a world of pressure and stress today. Various kinds
of sickness such as neurosis bring with a decrease of immunity
in our body.
And
whenever our body, mind and spirit were under attack by pressure
and stress for a long time, we are exhausted. This is so called
energy crisis in our body, making us unbalanced. We therefore
have to struggle for survival.
Breathe
Exercise -- INCREASE ENERGY WITHIN YOUR BODY
A kind
of "nature study" in medical field has been promoted
these years. People concern greatly with medical care by way
of natural cure. They put much on a balance life for heath
concern. It is believed that people have self-instinct to
cure their own disease --so-called immunity. To prevent from
sickness rather than cure such disease become a favorite subject
today.
According
to Chinese study, breathe exercise may induce Chih (氣) within
our body. Chih will lead human body to create or generate
energy. One has Chih to circulate in the body and blood circulation
turn out smooth and healthy.
If one has constant exercise on Chih and its circulation,
he will continue on increase of immunity in the body.
S-shape
of TunHuang Dance -- THE WAY OF GENERATING CHIH
A particular brain wave experiment has been conducted by Professor
Li (李嗣涔) of Taiwan University along with several doctors from
Hsin Kuang Hospital a few months ago. The result of the experiment
shows that when TunHuang breathe exercise has been experienced
brain wave getting into "tranquility". Professor
Li explained that when ones brain wave getting into
"Vibration", he is in primary step of this exercise.
But when he is in "tranquility", he is on top of
practice.
It is delightful
to know that TunHuang Breathe Dance has certain effect on
human body especially brain wave. We pay special thanks to
Professor Li and his team for this scientific experiment.
It gives us great confidence on the practice of TunHuang Dance.

from TunHuang cave paintings, TunHuang Revival Dance has her
major gesture on S-shape of figures. S-shape, according to
TunHuang historical records, symbolizes the flow of Chih or
